Since all the taluks of the district have been declared drought, District Collector Dr. Sushil B has appealed to the public to celebrate the Holi festival this year with dry colors and peace and harmony so that water does not get wasted and polluted. Recently, the water in the bore wells has decreased and the ground water level has fallen in the background of the stormy summer, and the district collector has requested that the problem of drinking water should be adequately dealt with in the coming days as well.
